Omega Clone

 

So a few days ago I posted about making the push towards becoming an Omega clone with the intentions of going 6 months. I was looking at getting the 6 month Omega package for 2,100 PLEX after discount without even realizing that (at the time) there was 2 sales for 1 month and 3 months Omega.

I was a little hesitant about it at first since I didn't know if the 3 month Omega sale was stackable into multiple months. I ended up asking around and it seems they were stackable so I ended up buying 2x 3 month package for a total of 6 months and I ended up with 180 PLEX left over.

A much better deal than I was initially looking for and now I have some spare PLEX and also more ISK saved up to hopefully pick up another sale in the future.

It's also good because as of downtime today, March 22 2025, the sales ended for both 1 month and 3 month.

With that goal of mine completed and out of the way, the next goal presented to me was getting into Planetary Industry. My corporation (Pandemic Horde Inc.) had a skill plan for PI so I quickly changed out my current skill queue and started up the PI skill plan.

Projected completion was about 17 days, so just a little over 2 weeks, before I can start up my PI operations. I am not planning to personally use the PI materials to make things, I am planning to base my entire PI stuff around what my alliance needs and sell it to our specific buyback so the people better suited for that stuff can use the materials.

It's also nice now since we have templates to use as the last time I did PI it was such a click intensive task and a hard barrier of entry into. Templates make things so much easier, as well as the recent addition of extractor reset button too.
